SATURDAY FLY TYING DEMONSTRATIONS

Jimmy’s All Seasons Angler proudly features this winter-time institution for regional fly-fishers and fly tiers.  These Saturday fly tying demonstrations are free to the public.  Attending these morning demos is a great way to learn tying techniques, new and old and to stay current on the use of materials and tools. The tiers we feature are among the best.  Each has great experience in tying and use of the flies they will demonstrate, and each is ready to share their knowledge and skills with you.

Our fly tying demos are completed for the season.  We will resume sometime next November.  But do not despair if you enjoy watching great tiers pass on their tips. The Eastern Idaho Fly Tying and Fly Fishing Expo (April 16, 17 at the Shilo Inn Convention Center)  will feature 140 or so great tiers.   Admission is free, and it will be the first time to visit this area for many of these.   Come armed with a good camera , a note book,  and the enough time to watch some of the best tiers in the world today.
