Around 6:30 this morning it started snowing in Idaho Falls. These photo’s were taken at 8:30am. There is a little over 2 inches of snow on the ground, and its still coming down!
For those of you who don’t live in Idaho this is what an typical Idaho Spring day may consist of. If we don’t have snow, we have clear skies and 50mph wind. Its all good, snow in the spring means cold water and Pale Morning Duns in August! All though most of us are anxious to get out and catch some trout after a long winter. Mother Nature likes to give us one or two storms like this one to remind us the Salmon stonefly hatch will not be coming early this year!
